Kazanorgsintez PJSC continuously puts efforts to create healthy and safe working environment for the employees, and prevent industrial injuries and occupational diseases. Under the occupational safety agreement developed annually and concluded between the administration and the trade union committee, 63 activities at the cost of RUB 76 million were implemented during the past year. Working conditions were improved for 1,522 employees including 219 women. As a comparison, in 2014, the money spent for this purpose amounted to RUB 59.4 million.
In 2015, Kazanorgsintez received a letter of gratitude from the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security of the Republic of Tatarstan for the achievements in providing its employees with decent working conditions and development of the company's social policy.
The collective bargaining agreement (CBA) of Kazanorgsintez PJSC for 2014 - 2016 became the winner of the Best CBA contest in the category Enterprises and Organizations of the 1st Group Industries (2015), and the winner of the VI Best CBA republican contest in the category For Efficient Protection of The Youth's Social and Labor Rights (Industrial Enterprises and Organizations).
