At Kazanorgsintez staff conference, the results of the 2014-2016 Collective Labor Agreement implementation were summarized. The conference was attended by Ruslan Shigabutdinov, Deputy General Director, TAIF PSC, Board Chairman, Kazanorgsintez PJSC and Farid Minigulov, General Director, Kazanorgsintez PJSC.
Ilshat Mingazov, Head of Kazanorgsintez Labor Union, spoke about the implementation of the Collective Agreement. Based on the results of 2015, Kazanorgsintez expects sales revenue in the amount of RUB 68.6 billion showing ca.125% growth if compared with 2014. Net profit is expected to exceed RUB 19 billion having grown by 316% year-on-year. Due to such stable growth of financial and economic indicators, Kazanorgsintez is able to implement a number of social projects aimed to ensure social protection of its employees and their families. Today the company’s headcount is 8,603 employees. Average salary in the company exceeds the average level in Kazan. If compared to 2014, it has grown by 9.2% and reached RUB 41,460. As set forth in the Collective Agreement, employees’ benefits package in Kazanorgsintez includes about 30 items of benefits and guaranteed payments. For example, in case of a childbirth one of the parents employed with Kazanorgsintez receives financial aid equal to the amount 5-times the minimum wages rate currently existing in Russia. Last year, 451 babies were born in the families of Kazanorgsintez’s employees. Financial aid is allowed on the occasion of marriage; support is also granted on the 1st of September (the beginning of the school year) to the families with many children. Overall employee benefits payments by Kazanorgsintez amounted to almost RUB 429 million in 2015.
Kazanorgsintez takes care not only about current employees. Since 1999, a Non-State Pension Programme for employees has been being implemented in the company. During 2015, 118 non-state pensions were granted to former employees. The expenditures to support veterans, pensioners, and disabled people amounted to some RUB 6 million in 2015.
A key focus of social policy was put on the work aimed at addressing the employees’ housing issues. Thus, from 2005 to 2011, the employees of Kazanorgsintez were given 1,501 apartments in the framework of the social mortgage programme and other programmes.
The company pays much attention to labor safety issues. In 2015, working conditions were improved for 1,522 employees.
