Rustem Sulteev

Deputy General Director for Production & Sales First Deputy General Director, PSC “TAIF”

Rustem Nurgasimovich Sulteev was born in 1954.
After graduation from Kazan Institute of Civil Engineering in 1976, worked as a building and construction foreman in SMU-4 (construction directorate) of “Kazankhimstroy” business organization. Since 1983, had worked in Kazan as a civil engineer in the maintenance and erection integrated plant of the Department of Bread and Baking Industry. A year later took the position of the Deputy General Director for building and construction of the Kazan Bakery Plant No2.
Since 1985, worked as the Deputy Head of the Directorate of “Centrogaz”.

From 1992 till 1995, was the Deputy General Director of the Foreign Trade Research and Production Association “Kazan” (VTNPO “Kazan”). Since 1995, has been the First Deputy General Director of PSC “TAIF”.

In 2002, for achievements in building and construction, was awarded the title of Honored Builder of the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2006, was awarded the Medal for Noble Labor.

Guzeliya Safina

Deputy General Director for Finance, PSC “TAIF”

Guzeliya Mukharyamovna Safina was born in 1955.
After excellent graduation from Kazan Finance and Economic Institute in 1977, worked as an accountant and then as an economist and main economist on “Radiopribor” plant in the city of Almetjevsk (Tatarstan). Since 1986, had worked as Chief Accountant of Kazan Plant of Art Goods. Since 1989, had worked as economist and later as leading accountant in the Tatarstan Republican Information and Data-Processing Center of the State Agricultural Committee of Tatarstan. In 1991, started career in Foreign Trade Research and Production Association “Kazan” (VTNPO “Kazan”) as Chief Accountant. Since 1995, has worked as Deputy General Director for Finance of PSC “TAIF”.

Vladimir Presnyakov

Deputy General Director for Refinery & Petrochemicals

Vladimir Vasiljevich Presnyakov was born in 1951.
In 1969, started as an apprentice electrician on Nizhnekamsk Petrochemical Plant. A year later, he entered Kazan Chemical and Technological Institute. In 1976, after the graduation from the Institute, started as foreman of machine department of the maintenance shop at Nizhnekamsk Tyre Plant. In 1977, worked as main foreman for chemical equipment repair at Nizhnekamsk Petrochemical Plant. Up to early 1980-s, was the main foreman and engineering officer in the Plant’s shops. In 1985, worked as Deputy Head of the Construction Department of the Plant. The same year, started as Chief Engineer on “Petrokam” joint venture. Since 1991, had worked as Director of “Poliform” Company. In 1997, became the Assistant to the General Director of OJSC “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” for production and economic issues. In 1998, became the Deputy General Director and later the First Deputy General Director of OJSC “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”. Since 2003, has worked as Deputy General Director of PSC “TAIF”.
In 2006, was awarded the title of Honored Chemist of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Ruslan Shigaboutdinov

Ruslan Albertovich Shigaboutdinov was born in 1976.
Graduated from Faculty of Law of Kazan State University.
Since 1997, had worked as a lawyer for LLC “KARSAR”. In 1999, started as assistant to the “TAIF” General Director. Since 2005, has worked as Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance, Property and Investments

Zarif Zakirov

Zarif Galeevich Zakirov was born in 1953.
In 1976, graduated from Kazan State University majoring in applied mathematics. After the graduation worked in the Kazan Research Institute of Chemical Products having made the career from engineer to the head of laboratory.   
Since 1991, had worked as the Director of MNPP “TAN” (research and production company). Since 1996, had been a professor of Kazan State Technological University. In 1997, started as the Deputy General Director of PSC “TAIF” for Telecommunications and ACS. In 1998, was the General Director of OJSC “TAIF-TELCOM”. Since 2005, had been the General Director of “TV and Radio Broadcasting Company “TVT”.
Since 2006, has been the Deputy General Director of PSC “TAIF” for Telecommunications and ACS.
Doctor of Engineering, Professor.

Malafeev Vladimir Mikhailovich

Born in 1950.
After graduating from Kazan Engineering and Construction Institute in 1973, he started working as a craftsman in the Construction Department - 2  of  the Constriction Administration Office “Teploenergostroy”. In 1975, he was promoted to a position of a foreman, a site supervisor. In 1979, he was appointed a Deputy Chief Engineer in the Construction Department of a generating plant TEC-1. Since 1982 he worked in  “Kamgesenergostroy”  Association of the Department of Construction of Tatar nuclear power plant in a position of Deputy Head supervising the construction of  the nuclear power plant and later – in the position of Chief Engineer. Since 1999 he became a General Director in OOO “Atomenergostroy”. 
From 2001 to 2006 – he worked in the position of General Director, ООО “Kamgesteploenergostroy”.
In 2006 he was appointed Deputy General Director, Industrial Construction, OOO “PSO “Kazan”. 
Since April 2008 till now he has been occupying a position of Deputy General Director, Construction and Overhaul, PSC “TAIF”.   
In 1999 he was granted an honorary title of “A Distinguished Developer of Tatarstan Republic”.
In 2003 he was awarded a “Letter of Appreciation from the President of Tatarstan Republic”.
In 2006 he was granted an honorary title of “An Honored Developer of Russia” and in 2009, by the decree of the President of the RF, - “A Distinguished Developer of the Russia Federation”.
