The high standards of TAIF Group continue to guide its operations not only in production, but also in social aspect. In 2020, TAIF Group allocated RUB 43.7 billion for social projects, including support for children, education, culture, healthcare, and sports in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The main areas of TAIF Group's charitable activities remain sponsorship of the leading sports clubs of the Republic of Tatarstan in various sports, assistance to healthcare, educational, and cultural institutions. TAIF Group's comprehensive program for supporting sports teams includes sponsorship of major national and international sports events.

The policy aimed at promoting sports activities among TAIF Group's employees contributes to successful implementation of production tasks, improvement of the employee health and well-being, and their active participation in sports and recreational activities. TAIF Group provides their employees with vouchers to health resorts, recreation and retreat centers, children's health resorts, and holiday camps.

TAIF Group is committed to ensuring the operation of social facilities: health resorts, recreation centres, children's health camps, swimming pools, and ice rinks. In 2020, RUB 1.7 billion were allocated to maintain social and cultural facilities.

At a difficult time for the whole world of the COVID-19 pandemic, TAIF Group directed its main efforts on a charitable basis to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection and overcome its consequences. In total, during the pandemic, from April to December 2020, more than RUB 370 million were allocated by TAIF Group to combat coronavirus infection.

On December 18, 2019, in Moscow, the Russian Football Union (RFU) and TAIF JSC concluded a memorandum on the development of football (soccer) in the regions. The RFU and TAIF JSC will work together to support and promote Russian football and children and youth sports, including on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The document was signed by Alexander Dyukov, President of the RFU, and Timur Shigabutdinov, Adviser to the Director-General of TAIF JSC and President of Neftekhimik Football Club. In 2020, a large-scale reconstruction of the home arena of Neftekhimik football club — the stadium of the same name in Nizhnekamsk — was carried out at the expense of TAIF Group, which is more than RUB 400 million. Its official opening was held at the beginning of September.

Sintez Water Sports Club of Kazanorgsintez PJSC was awarded the title "Project of the Year" within the framework of "Athlete of the Year 2019" award of the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan. Sintez's successful reform was noted, in the course of which it was transformed from a water polo team into a water sports club that included swimmers and divers in addition to water polo players.

Lebyazhye Park in Kazan was recognized as one of the best parks in the Eurasian Park Awards category of the prestigious International Large Urban Parks Awards contest. The award ceremony took place in Kazan as part of the World Urban Parks 2019 Congress. Lebyazhye Park has been restored thanks to the efforts of TAIF Group.
